Privacy

The website should earn the same trust as the app.

GuitarGod website privacy policy for static delivery, cookieless analytics, waitlist qualification, and deletion rights.

Effective for the prelaunch website. Material changes will replace this current policy before collection begins.

Static website delivery

The site is built as static HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and fonts. The hosting provider necessarily processes request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp to deliver and protect the site under its own infrastructure policies. GuitarGod does not add advertising trackers or fingerprinting.

Waitlist data

When the production endpoint is enabled, the form collects only email, platform, CPU architecture, audio-interface make and model, guitar type, self-assessed level, practice goal, willingness to test, consent, and coarse campaign attribution. Do not enter serial numbers or unrelated personal data. Email identities remain separate from product analytics.

  • Used for hardware-segmented invitations
  • Deleted on verified request
  • Unsubscribable from every campaign
  • Never merged with recordings or in-app practice evidence

Analytics and control

The planned website analytics boundary is Plausible with cookieless aggregate events. The script is emitted only when a production domain setting is configured. In-app analytics are a separate, explicit, default-off decision and cannot be linked to waitlist email identities.
