Refund window
The planned policy provides a 14-day money-back window for the one-time desktop license without an interrogation process. The free 14-day full trial is available before purchase and does not require a card.
What changes after a refund
Future updates, support, and new-device activation may be revoked for the refunded license. Existing recordings, progress, imports, prior Session Review evidence, and backup export remain local, readable, and exportable.
How requests will work
Refund requests will run through the published merchant-of-record portal and private support route. Those links will appear before checkout becomes available; no payment is accepted by the site today.
